Service Description

Cancellation Policy
All bookings are non refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. Any requests made within 72 hours of the session will be declined and treated as a missed appointment. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Failure to attend results in full forfeiture. Backing tracks and instrumentals are the responsibility of the artist and must be provided at least 24 hours before the session. Any missing or late materials may limit what can be recorded during the appointment. Script amendments and changes must be submitted at least 72 hours before the session. Requests made after this deadline cannot be guaranteed. All final recordings and edits will be delivered only once the session is fully completed. Safe Sound reserves the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behaviour or repeated cancellations. By booking, you agree to these terms.
